Total Lube Management (TLM) starts at the design phase of machines and
ends with reliable every day lubricant organizations, supply,
application and technical support. Reliable machine performance is thus
strongly related to a well organized and executed maintenance procedure.
In close cooperation with the OEM and several machine operators,
lubrication charts have been developed to enable quick reference to the
actual maintenance procedure. This provides condensed guideline to
maintenance staff and documentation and traceability of the lubrication
history. Well documented and referenced lubrication positions as well as
the corresponding lubricants enable the maintenance staff to always
select the right product for the right application.
|

| The completion of maintenance is then documented by the operator and
stored in the maintenance manual. The maintenance schedule of individual
customers is used to determine the lubricant consumption and to plan
for optimum lubricant inventory. Stocks at customers can thus be kept at
a minimum levels, just to cover the immediate need. Advanced planning
enables lubricant availability on customers work floor when needed.
|
| Our
packaging has been optimized for the application requirements in order
to avoid overstock on the work floor. From transmission oils to bearing
greases and chain lubricants as well as cleaning and preservation -
various lubricants are available in aerosol cans, cartridges, pails and
55 gal drums, depending on the actual consumption of customers
machinery.
All LUBCON lubricants are available from one source,
kept in stock and
available for direct delivery. |
