TLB 2000

The LUBCON TLB 2000 automatic pin chain lubricator has been designed to meet the requirements of modern manufacturing environments. High accuracy of chain oil application with controlled quantities, avoid the necessity of excessive oil application and thus also prevent potential contamination of the final product.

By the accurate application of the lubricant to the place where it is needed, optimum wear protection can be achieved. In combination with LUBCONS's chain lubricants, it is possible to extend the chain service life up to a factor of 3 when compared with conventional solutions from competition.

Lubricants for the Canning Industry

Turmofluid 40 B
Turmofluid 40 B is a thermally stable and extremely adherent lubricant. It is especially suitable for low and high temperature lubrication and shows excellent penetration due to low surface tension. It forms an extremely adherent, transparent and odorless lubricating film.

Turmofluid 15 B
High temperature chain oil with excellent protection against wear and corrosion. The low viscosity Ester oil shows outstanding penetrating and creeping properties for optimum lubrication of pin and roller chains. Turmofluid 15 B is perfectly suitable for use with the automatic chain oiler TLB 2000.

Turmotempoil 400/270
Turmotempoil 400/270 is a polymer with high molecular weight and with the structure of perfluorated polyether. Turmotemp lubricants are the most stable products thermally and chemically. These lubricants can be used successfully, if operating temperatures and/or chemical influences exclude the use of conventional lubricants. Turmotempoil 400/270 possesses the NSF/H1-registration, the continuation of the former USADA/H1-approval of lubricants which are allowed for food contact.

Chain Pro HTC Series
High temperature oven chain oils reduce deposits and protect pins/bushings as well as roller bearings reliably against friction and wear for a clean and smoke free operation. The H1 food grade approved oils with excellent evaporation resistance properties minimize oil and energy consumption and extend significantly chain service life.

Turmosynthoil PG 120 WG
Synthetic high temperature resistant chain lubricant with H1 food grade approval. It minimizes smoke as well as residue formations and shows very good protection against corrosion and wear. The lubricant is available with and without white solid lubricants for extreme temperature conditions beyond 300 °C (572 °F) and it is perfectly suitable for automatic lubrication of conveyor chains in bakery and canning ovens.
