H1-Classified Lubricants

Turmosynthoil GV Series

NSF/H1-registered fully synthetic long term gear oils for extended oil change intervals, excellent load capacities, outstanding wear protection and low coefficient of friction. The oils are applicable in a wide temperature range, have a high resistance of oxidation and excellent corrosion protection of ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Turmosynth VG Series
Developed for high loaded gears containing highly affective wear reduction additives antioxidant agents and corrosion inhibitors for outstanding corrosion, wear, friction protection and extended service life. Turmosynth VG oils have high aging resistance even at high loads and prevent gear scuffing and pitting.

Turmsilon LMI 5000
Sealing silicone grease suitable amongst others for the beverage taps, membranes, lip seals, filling armatures with EPDM-seals and rubber joints. It is without any taste or odor and thereby physiologically safe according to the German law on food products and associated ancillaries, KTW and NSF. Turmsilon LMI 5000 is neutral towards beer foam and resistant to hot and cold water as well as steam and cleaning agents.

Turmosynthgrease W 2502
Fully synthetic and NSF/H1-registered lubricating grease suitable for a wide application range. It is used in the food and food processing industry for e.g. roller and friction bearings, rollers, cam disks, toothed rings and racks in seaming and filling machines, roller hooks and tubular tracks in slaughter houses, conveying and sorting plants, roller bearings in fruit presses, bottle filling machines, washing machines, sliding rails, cylinder guide ways and metering pistons. This non-hazardous grease is resistant to water and shows excellent protection against friction, wear and corrosion.

Turmosynthgrease ALN 2502
Outstanding synthetic grease suitable for roller and journal bearings especially in humid operating areas at low speeds such as vacuum fillers, vacuum packaging machines, proving cabinets, cutting or kneading machines in the food processing industry. Its high temperature and oxidation stability ensures an optimum lubricating effect at low friction values and a longer service life. Due to its special synthetic hydrocarbons it shows high metal affinity and superior wear protection.

Non Food Grade Lubricants

Turmofluid 40 B
is a thermally stable and extremely adherent lubricant. It is especially suitable for low and high temperature lubrication and shows excellent penetration due to low surface tension. It forms an extremely adherent, transparent and odorless lubricating film even in temperatures beyond 270 °C (518 °F). It is suitable for all types of chains in heated environment and can be applied manually, by drip feed lubricators and central lubricating systems.

Turmofluid GV Serie
OEM approved synthetic oil for long term operation in joints, lifters, gears and hydraulic or pneumatic installations with outstanding stability against oxidation and excellent cold flow properties. It increases service life thus less maintenance efforts, less down time and three time lower lubricant consumption than mineral oils.
